Delivery/Pick Up

The cake and/or other desserts that you order from Ash’s Delicious Desserts under the Agreement will be delivered on the date indicated in the agreement at a time to be agreed upon and that comports with Ash’s Delicious Desserts delivery schedule.

• Delivery/pick-up date, time and location will be verified two days prior to delivery/ pick-up.

• Should Ash’s Delicious Desserts have to wait at the delivery site then the customer will be billed for the waiting time incurred at $20 for the first 15 minutes and an additional $5 for each additional 5 minutes. Payment must be paid via cash or Pay ID only as a requirement of the pickup.

• If a customer is picking up an order and the order is not picked up within a 15-20 minute period from the time that was agreed upon between the customer and Ash’s Delicious Desserts, the customer will not be able to pick up the order until the next day.

• The customer shall promptly notify Ash’s Delicious Desserts of any change of date, time, and/or location of the event.

• Ash’s Delicious Desserts will Not be responsible for the cake/desserts being late due to changes in date, time, and/or location unless adequate notice (at least a week in advance of the delivery date) had been given by the customer to Ash’s Delicious Desserts.

• If the customer is to pick up the cake/desserts and the customer fails to do so on the date and time specified by the customer, at Ash’s Delicious Desserts sole discretion, the cake/desserts ordered may donated to an organization and may be selected by Ash’s Delicious Desserts and customer will still be agreement.

• All cake/dessert orders that are delivered can be set 1-2 hours prior to your event.
