Refund Policy-

All sales are final.

All payments are non-refundable.
20% deposit for custom orders.
Custom order payments will be paid via invoice.
Ash’s Delicious Desserts is not responsible for customers not having Cakes, Cookies and other products if customer has failed to pick up in time.
Delivery is an additional cost.

Cancellation and Refund Policy-

Ash’s Delicious Desserts will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once an order has been picked up or delivered and accepted by the customer.
Cancellation must be a week prior to pick up.
All products are responsibility of the customer once they leave the premises of Ash’s Delicious Desserts.
Refund requests due to color shade, decorating style or general design will not be accepted.
If you are not happy with your Desserts, please let us know at the time you receive your order. Once your order is accepted refunds will not be considered.

Changes to the Cake/Desserts-

The date of your final payment is the final date for any changes to your order. This includes changes to the number of items, size of cake, style and flavors. Any changes requested cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges. Any additional charges will be charged via an additional invoice, and payment is required upon receipt.
All changes must be provided in writing via email only.
All changes are subject to availability and approval by Ash’s Delicious Desserts.

Design Variation-

Ash’s Delicious Desserts makes every effort to provide the exact size, color, shape, and design discussed with customers. Creating a cake/ dessert is an art form and may be subject to variations in final design.
If a customer provides a photograph or inspiration to be used, Ash’s Delicious Desserts will make every effort to use these pieces as inspiration only to create something truly unique for your celebration.
Ash’s Delicious Desserts will Not copy another artist’s design but will use it as inspiration to create something special for your celebration.
Clients agree that Ash’s Delicious Desserts can adjust as needed to make cake/desserts as close as possible to the design that was created.
Although Ash’s Delicious Desserts attempts to match colors exactly, custom cakes/desserts are a work of art that include different edible mediums and sugar mediums that take color differently.
Ash’s Delicious Desserts may not be able to match the exact shape of color 100% but we will come as close as possible. The final product may be subject to slight variations in color.
Dark colors will sometimes taste bitter or can stain.

Liability-

Ash’s Delicious Desserts is not responsible for damages to your order once it has left the premises.
If the client fails to pick up the order clients assumes all liability and responsibility for the condition of your order once it leaves the premises.
Ash’s Delicious Desserts is not responsible for damage to your order, or shortage of cake/desserts, caused by guest, caterer, or any other person not employed by Ash’s Delicious Desserts.
The client is responsible for making sure all non-edible items (florals, toppers, cake dowels etc.) you have requested on your cake as decoration, are removed from the cake before it is cut and served. A spec sheet will be provided with each order describing nonedible items that should be removed prior to serving.
The client is responsible for providing an appropriate and secure and sturdy table, and environment for the cake/desserts. Cake and desserts should not be in direct sunlight and should be placed in a room with an optimal temperature of 75 degrees or below.
The client acknowledges that fresh flowers are not a food product, and may contain pesticides, insects, dirt, or other contaminants.
When choosing a cake topper please take into consideration it weight, balance, and the fact that it will be sitting on top of a soft cake. Ash’s Delicious Desserts is not responsible for any damage to the cake, or the topper should it fall off the cake or sink into the cake.
Ash’s Delicious Desserts is not responsible for what happens to the cake/ desserts should customers choose to have cake/ desserts set up outside or indoors in extreme conditions (e.g., effects of weather, insects, and animals).
In the case of an unavoidable occurrence such as an a car accident, poor road conditions, or the dropping of cake/desserts during delivery Ash’s Delicious Desserts cannot be held liable for more than the price of the cake/desserts described in the order.

Allergens-

Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contamination there is still a slight risk of the presence of an allergen.
As a licensed home baker, Ash’s Delicious Desserts takes every precaution to prepare your food safely. However, our bakery may come into contact with the following items: Wheat. Gluten, Milk, Dairy, Eggs, Soy, Peanuts, Tree Nuts, Sesame Seeds/oil.
Ash’s Delicious Desserts may also come into contact with the use of artificial dyes, chemicals, sulfites, msg, flavoring, and preservatives.
It is the responsibility of the customer and/or cake/dessert recipient to become aware of allergy issues of guests and to inform his/her guests of this fact. Ash’s Delicious Desserts does not guarantee any cake/desserts to be allergen free and is not responsible for any allergic reactions.
Customer agrees to hold Ash’s Delicious Desserts harmless from any and all damage and legal fees and costs that results from the failure of customer/ desserts recipient to take appropriate steps to avoid the issues and reaction referred to above.

By completing your payment and processing our order you agree to hold Ash’s Delicious Desserts Not liable for any allergens or foodborne illnesses that may result from you or your guests/attendees in relation to this order. At Ash’s Delicious Desserts, we work hard to try and give the best experience with our products and look forward to serving you.

Use Of Photography-

Ash’s Delicious Desserts will take photographs of all cakes/desserts and may order prints/copies of pictures and/or videos of cakes/desserts.
Ash’s Delicious Desserts servers the right to use any photographs and/or videos for their own reference or for display and/or promotional purposes without the customer’s consent and no compensation shall be payable to the customer for same.
